Anyone can live in a house, but not every house is a home. This home is where they start a family, a new phase in life, or a fresh start. There is an art to creating a place that someone calls home. This art can be challenging to master unless you are an Interior Designer This is where I come in. I’m an Interior Designer who has helped thousands of people bring their dream spaces to life. I offer a service that will help you take some things off your to-do list, create the dream space your buyer or client envisions, and ensure they are happy with the home you build for them.

How it works
5- Phase New Home Interior Design Service
Phase 1: Project Information Collection
(1-3 days)
I want to gather as much information about your project as possible to have a full understanding of what you and the buyer or client are looking to achieve.
Phase 2: Preliminary Plans
(1 week)
I will create preliminary finish plans for all the different spaces to ensure the project will appeal to the buyer or client.
Phase 3: Renderings and Material Boards
(1 week)
This is the fun phase where things start to come alive. I will create colored renderings and material boards for all the different spaces.
Phase 4: Cabinetry Layouts
(1 week)
I will create the cabinetry layouts for all the spaces that need cabinetry, so it is one less thing for you to do.
Phase 5: Final Package
(1-2 days)
All the colored renderings, finish boards, finish selections, and all finish plans will be located in a packet that I provided.

I’ve worked with homeowners to design their spaces, especially kitchens and baths. I have also worked with contractors, designers, and home builders trying to bring their client’s dreams to life. They struggle to understand what their client wants and needs. I have learned how to gather information to understand their vision so I can bring it to life. I want to help home builders do the same. I will design the interior of homes so the home builders can get back to what they do best, build the house.
