How it works
5- Phase New Home Interior Design Service
30 days
Phase 1: Project Information Collection
(1-3 days)
Information about the project will be gather to have a full understanding of what you and the buyer or client are looking to achieve.
Phase 2: Preliminary Plans
(7 days)
Preliminary finish plans for all the different spaces are created to ensure the project will appeal to the buyer or client.
Phase 3: Renderings and Material Boards
(7 days)
Colored renderings and material boards for all the different spaces are created at this phase. This is the fun phase where things start to come alive.
Phase 4: Cabinetry Layouts
(7 days)
Cabinetry layouts for all the spaces that need cabinetry are created, so it is one less thing for you to do.
Phase 5: Final Package
(1-2 days)
All the colored renderings, finish boards, finish selections, and all finish plans will be located in a packet.

Kitchen and Pantry
The client wanted an open kitchen with space for seating and a walk-in pantry that would house some appliances and extra storage.

The clients wanted to update their space, add a seating area, and additional storage in both spaces while making both spaces more functional.
Kitchen
The client wanted to update their kitchen but open it up to have a flow to the living area. They space had wood paneling they wanted to keep while added some modern industrial elements.
What I do
I’ve worked with homeowners for years to design their spaces, especially kitchens and baths. I have also worked with contractors, designers, and home builders trying to bring their client’s dreams to life. They struggle to understand what their client wants and needs. I want to help fill that gap. I have learned how to gather the right information to understand their vision to bring it to life. I want to help home builders do the same. I design the interior of homes so the home builders can get back to what they do best, build the house. There is a housing shortage in Georgia and with my help, there will be more available homes to close the gap and faster.
